In 2019, Lexie decided to create a new concept of videos : tribute videos featuring live action of the most known mermaid scenes in movies and cartoons that marked her childhood. And the first project she started working on was Marina's song (from the anime The Little Mermaid animated by Tomoharu Katsumata released in Japan in 1975). Lexie wanted to set up this project very quickly and therefore bought a second hand fin from Finfolk Productions and replaced all the scales with the ones she would later use for her Lunea tail.This is how this Marina tail was born.

Meanwhile, the 30th anniversary of Disney's The Little Mermaid was fast approaching. Lexie therefore decided to put the "Marina" project aside to focus on the video "Part of Your World" where she played Ariel as a priority. The success of this video tribute to the 30th anniversary of The Little Mermaid, confirmed Lexie in her concept idea. So she immediately resumed her initial idea of making a tribute video to Marina.

Unfortunately, the arrival of the Covid delayed the project, which was once again put on hold for many months.

But this expectation allowed Lexie to work with fabulous artists who joined the project and showcased their talents! Wannes joined the adventure by playing the Prince, Anthemis Design created and handmade the marvelous and iconic flower in Marina's hair, Noi Ortiz Perez sublimated the instrumental of Marina's song and created a magnificent "teaser" version and Ondine Swan beautifully put his voice on this beautiful melody. This sublime video was filmed by the talented Simeon Janssens. The first version (in French) was finally released in March 2023, for the 48th anniversary of the Japanese release of the film. Lexie also worked on a second video with the so talented singer EIRLYS NORDICTALES who created her own cover of the Marina Song, a more melancholic one but still so magic and captivating.
